SHIPPING & DELIVERY
International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
a) Weight and dimensions of package
b) The destination country or region
c) Shipping methods
Most of the package on the shop will be delivered by EMS, because they are the most efficiently and economic Express Agent and we have contract with them, in order to get the most favorite rate. We promise here that we make NO profit on the shipping cost, which is NOT like other sites. And the shipping cost in our shopping cart is the cheapest on the market.
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or blocked we will reship once at our expense. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipment May Be Delayed or can not be sent out for the Following Reasons:
-Wrong or Unspecific address you provided us.
-Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
-A product is currently out of stock.
-An order which requires special customization.
-An order is shipped to a special location
General Delivery Failure Cases Where You Accept Liability
You (or the consignee) must accept delivery of the goods and with any applicable procedures/charges from your local Customs.
If the delivery fails because:
> you were not at home or the courier could not contact you
> the delivery details were wrong
> the recipient fails to accept the goods
> the courier cannot satisfactorily verify the identity of the person attempting to receive the goods
> the courier cannot deliver to a remote area or invalid address
> delivery fails due to war, disaster, etc
> other similar scenarios beyond our control

After we shipped your parcel, we will email you the tracking number. Usually you can track your parcel on the internet in the next 24-48 hours. If you can not track your parcel on the internet (tracking links) after 3 working days, we suggest you email to our sales immediately. And we will try our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.
If you not received your parcel in 30 days, please also inform our sales, we will check what happened and help you out. If the parcel lost, we will resend the parcel soon.
“Lead Time” on the site means: the time interval between the time we received your full payment to the time we ship out your parcel from our warehouse.
Please kindly note the lead time below:
The lead time for sheepskin boots usually takes 3-4 working days;
The lead time for CL shoes and other designer high heels usually takes 2-3 working days.
All the packages sent to you are international parcels, so certainly all the packages have to be processed by your country’s Custom. While you track the parcel on the online, Track Results may show that: “Your item was inbound into Customs”, there’s no need to worry, it’s normal situation. Generally after one work day, the Track Results will show that:” Your Item was inbound out of Customs”. In some seldom situation, the Custom process may cost one week. But finally, your parcel will be “Inbound out of Customs”, and en route to your address.
About $1.99 as shipping insurance:
$1.99 is as the shipping insurance, it’s ONLY be effectuated once your parcel lost or seizure by your local Customs.
After we confirm you can not receive your package by the above two causes, we can resend your commodity at once. But if your package still lost, we CAN NOT resend your parcel twice, please understand.
This insurance can’t ensure your package cleared your local Customs. If your package came up capture by Customs, Please don’t worry, we suggest you contact our sales right away, after we confirm the fact, we can resend your commodity. If you don’t need us resend package, we also can repay you if you asking.
